COMPANION BREAD is a socially engaging and ethically responsible bakery that exists to service the community by providing truly healthy, delicious artisanal sourdough breads, and baked goods, as well as skill-building culinary workshops, and community-based social events.  Transparent, approachable, and engagingly informative, this business aims to empower and motivate people in their daily lives by promoting the message that good food truly matters.

Companion Bread is the cultured child of local baker, bread educator, and specialty coffee enthusiasts Annabelle Choi and Joey Ridos.  Established in 2018, both owners have long awaited and envisioned bringing organic, healthy, and quality-driven sourdough bread and baked goods to their Vancouver communities.
